Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 7, 2026
At T-Link, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our URL shortening and analytics services.
1. Data We Collect
We collect information to provide you with detailed analytics and retargeting capabilities. This includes:
- Access Logs: IP addresses, browser type, device information, operating system, and referrer URLs for every click on a T-Link.
- Usage Data: Information about how you use our dashboard, such as links created, edit history, and settings configurations.
- Account Information: If you register, we collect your Telegram User ID and basic profile information provided via Telegram Login.
2. Cookies & Tracking Pixels
T-Link functions as a bridge for your marketing campaigns. We allow Link Creators (our users) to embed third-party tracking pixels (such as Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics) into their shortened links.
Important: If you are a Link Creator using our service to retarget users, you acknowledge that you are the data controller for that data collection. You agree to obtain all necessary consents from end-users before tracking them, in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable laws.
We utilize essential cookies to maintain your session securely and improve the performance of our dashboard.
3. Data Storage & Security
We implement enterprise-grade security measures to protect your data.
- Encryption: All data is transmitted via SSL/TLS encryption.
- Storage: Data is stored in secure data centers with restricted access.
- No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your analytics data is yours.
4. Third-Party Services
To ensure the safety and reliability of our links, we integrate with trusted third-party security providers:
- Google Safe Browsing: We scan destination URLs to detect and block phishing, malware, and social engineering attacks. URL information is shared with Google for this security check.
- Cloudflare: We use Cloudflare for DDoS protection, CDN services, and bot management (Turnstile). Traffic may be routed through Cloudflare's global network.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete your information. To exercise these rights or for any privacy-related inquiries, please contact our support team.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
