We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against the misuse of our platform. You agree NOT to use T-Link to shorten URLs that redirect to:

• Phishing & Scam Sites: Any attempt to steal user credentials, financial information, or personal data.
• Malware & Viruses: Sites hosting malicious software, exploits, or harmful code.
• Illegal Content: Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual sexual content, terrorism, or any material that violates applicable laws.
• Spam: Unsolicited bulk messaging or aggressive advertising.

Violation of this policy will result in an immediate and permanent ban of your account and all associated links without notice. We actively scan all links and cooperate with law enforcement agencies.

2. Copyright Claims (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe a link infringes on your copyright, please send a takedown notice to abuse@tlink.click. We will review and disable infringing links in accordance with the DMCA.

3. Limitation of Liability

T-Link is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, T-Link disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

We are NOT liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or traffic.
• Service downtime or interruptions.
• Any unauthorized access to your account or data.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to T-Link at our sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.

We also reserve the right to disable or delete any shortened link if we determine it violates our policies or poses a security risk.

5. Disclaimer

T-Link is a URL shortening service. We are not responsible for the content of the destination URLs created by our users. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by T-Link.

While we strive to filter malicious content, we cannot guarantee that every link is safe. Users click links at their own risk.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Dispute Resolution

We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any issues amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with generally accepted international commercial arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.

8. Payments & Refunds

Services are billed on a subscription basis. Payments may be processed via third-party providers (Telegram Stars, CryptoBot). All sales are final. Refunds are provided only at the sole discretion of the Administration in case of technical service failure.
